HSD Safe Schools-Healthy Students Initiative seeks parent input
The Hazelwood School District Safe Schools-Healthy Students Initiative (SS-HS) is in its fourth year of implementation and needs input to evaluate programs and services offered to students.

Parents and caregivers of HSD students are asked to complete a survey to give feedback. Responses from at least 2,000 parents are needed. The survey is available online and is open from November through January 1, 2012.

The District encourages and appreciates your participation.
