RESIDENCY HOTLINE

953-HELP (4357)

In an effort to protect taxpayer dollars, the Hazelwood School District conducts residency investigations throughout the school year.

Investigation requests can be made by anyone who is aware of students, parents and/or legal guardians not living within the Hazelwood School District. All serious requests will be investigated.

Please include any relevant information you have about the student(s), parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) in question. Such information needed is vehicle information, actual address, violation address and the reason you suspect a residency violation is in progress. You may leave your name and telephone number if you would like a return call for a follow-up. Otherwise you may remain anonymous.

Hazelwood School District policy JECA states that all students must reside within the Hazelwood School District unless otherwise legally entitled to a Hazelwood education.

If an investigation is conducted and it is revealed that a student does not reside or is not domiciled within the school district, the student(s) will be dropped from the enrollment and the Hazelwood School District may file a civil suit to recover any lost tuition.

Thank you for your help in stopping Residency Violations
